THE SLIM GENERATION SYSTEM SOLUTION

 

MATRIX CUBE22 represents a smaller footprint solution, by combining the latest Yarn Constant Tension Feeding Technology with the BTSR ‘unique’ Modular Creel System, featuring the ‘Trio Control Loop’ BTSR Patent Solution. This model integrates the BTSR PATENT pull-out drawer design, ensuring easy access and maintenance even in constrained spaces.



MAIN FEATURES
 
  • TRIO-LOOP Technology (BTSR PATENT):
    • DIAPER FEEDER (Constant Tension)
      It manages the primary stage by controlling the elastic feeding tension based on your set-point. It automatically compensates for the change from a full to an empty package (First Loop), ensuring the elastic is always delivered under control, at constant tension, and at any speed.
    • TMS SENSOR (Real-Time Monitoring)
      This device acts as the high-precision "eyes" of the system. It measures the elastic tension at the target insertion point in the process and the real-time consumption, sending this data instantly to the management unit.
    • SM-DIN MULTILOOP (Smart Management)
      The "brain" of the process, which synchronizes the entire system. It processes data from the TMS to:
      • Compensate for any friction occurring along the elastic path from the creel to the insertion point in the process (Second Loop).
      • Monitor and detect downstream extra-frictions to guarantee perfectly constant elastic consumption (Third Loop).
      The Result: The achievement of the exact desired tension at the final machine insertion point in the process, ensuring superior product quality and consistency.

       

    • Performance & Customization: Constant tension and speed management up to 1000 m/min. Available with ETH/PFN communication interfaces, Single/Three-Phase power, feet or wheels, and color-coded single pulleys or pre-assembled groups.
       
    • Structure: BTSR patented pull-out drawer system
       
    • Bobbin Size: up to 295 mm diameter / 175 mm height, with Spool Change Sensor for detecting yarn changes.
       
    • Footprint (Standard 4-unit column): 500 mm (W) – 2000 mm (H) – 800 mm (D).

    The MATRIX CUBE systems can be further customized with patented BTSR auxiliary devices to meet specific production challenges.

    • PFD (PRE-FEEDER DEVICE) | BTSR Patent
      A specialized constant-stretch pre-feeding system designed to maintain precise control over elastic elongation. It ensures that stretching values remain consistent with process requirements, compensating for variations from a full spool to an empty one.
    • DANCER | BTSR Patent
      An advanced mechanical compensation system engineered to absorb tension peaks originating from the spool before they reach the Diaper Feeder. This device is essential for managing critical phases such as spool changes and tension fluctuations caused by critical spool.
