TMS a further innovative step made by BTSR R&D Division with reference to BTSR solutions developed for Hygiene Sector.
TMS Tension and Metering Sensor is able to measure simultaneously tension and speed of the spandex yarns.
The TMS is installed inside the DIAPER machine, near the glue applicator or the ultrasonic welding, by replacing the current ‘TS55’ Digital Tension Sensor.
TMS comes with advanced design with minimization of static contacts bringing significant reduction of spandex stress and breakages. It is equipped with rollers reducing Fiber abrasion.
